In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, almond flour, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Divide the beef mixture into 6 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty about 2.5 inches in diameter, and press them slightly down in the center.
Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the patties.
Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side until browned, then flip and cook the other side for an additional 3 minutes.
