📝 Instructions

9 steps
1

Prepare a 9x13-inch glass dish or any similar-size clear container for the jelly layers.

2

For each jelly flavor, in a separate bowl, dissolve 1 packet of jelly powder in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.

3

Add 1 cup of cold water to each dissolved jelly mixture and stir well.

4

Pour the red jelly mixture into the prepared dish as the first layer. Place the dish in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes, or until the jelly is slightly set but not fully firm (it should feel tacky to the touch).

5

Mix 200 ml of sweetened condensed milk with 1 cup of hot water in a separate bowl. Let it cool to room temperature. This will be used for the creamy white layers between the colors.

6

Once the red jelly layer is tacky, gently pour a thin layer (about 1/4 inch) of the condensed milk mixture over the red jelly layer. Return the dish to the refrigerator until the white layer is slightly set, about 15-20 minutes.

7

Repeat steps 4-6 for each color, in the following order: orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple. Each jelly color is followed by a thin layer of the condensed milk mixture.

8

Once all layers are set and firm, refrigerate the dish for at least 2 hours to allow the Rainbow Jelly to fully set.

9

Slice the jelly into squares or desired shapes before serving. Enjoy your beautiful and delicious Kitchen Princess Rainbow Jelly!
