Slice the chicken breast into thin strips.
Chop the broccoli into bite-sized florets and slice the red bell pepper and zucchini into thin strips.
Mince the garlic and chop the green onions.
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
Once hot, add the chicken strips, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the sesame oil. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the broccoli, red bell pepper, and zucchini to the skillet. Stir-fry the vegetables for about 4-5 minutes until they start to become tender but still crisp.
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet.
Pour the soy sauce over the mixture and add the red pepper flakes. Stir well to combine all the ingredients and coat them in the sauce.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
Remove from heat and serve immediately.
