Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C).
In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, parmesan cheese, beaten egg, and melted butter. Mix well to form a dough.
Press the dough into the base and up the sides of a 9-inch round pie dish to form the crust. Set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sautΓ© until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
Increase heat to high and add ground beef. Cook, stirring to break up lumps, until brown.
Stir in tomato paste, beef broth, salt, pepper, and oregano. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly.
Remove skillet from heat and stir in half of the grated cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
Pour the beef mixture into the prepared crust, spreading evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the top of the beef mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Let the pie rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
