📝 Instructions

13 steps
1

Begin by preparing the cauliflower. Remove the leaves and cut the cauliflower into large florets. Rinse them under cold water to remove any dirt.

2

Using a food processor or a box grater, grate the cauliflower florets to resemble grains of rice. Set aside.

3

Finely chop the onion and slice the green chili thinly.

4

Heat a pan over medium flame and add the ghee.

5

Once the ghee is hot, add the mustard seeds and let them splutter.

6

Add the curry leaves and sliced green chili to the pan. Sauté for around 30 seconds until fragrant.

7

Add the chopped onions to the pan, and cook until they become translucent.

8

Add the peanuts and sauté them for 2-3 minutes until they turn golden brown and crispy.

9

Stir in the grated cauliflower rice, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well to combine all ingredients.

10

Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook on low flame for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is tender but not mushy.

11

Once the cauliflower is cooked, squeeze the juice of one small lemon over the pohe and mix it well.

12

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.

13

Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Keto Kanda Pohe!
