Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the quinoa flour, psyllium husk powder, and ground flaxseed. Stir until evenly mixed.
In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil over low heat. Once melted, add it to the dry ingredients.
Slowly pour in the cup of water while continuously stirring the mixture to form a dough-like consistency.
Add the sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper into the dough. Mix all ingredients thoroughly to incorporate the spices.
Transfer the dough onto the lined baking sheet. Place another sheet of parchment paper on top of the dough and use a rolling pin to flatten it evenly to about 1/8-inch thickness.
Carefully peel off the top sheet of parchment paper. Using a knife or pizza cutter, score the flattened dough into chip-sized squares or triangles.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the chips are crispy.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
Once cooled, break along the scored lines to separate the chips. Enjoy your homemade keto quinoa chips!
