Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Rinse the sea bass filets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
Place the filets in a baking dish and drizzle them with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
Slice the lemon in half. Cut one half into thin slices and squeeze the juice from the other half.
Place the lemon slices over the filets in the baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
While the fish is baking, prepare the lemon herb sauce. Chop the fresh parsley and dill finely and mince the garlic cloves.
In a small bowl, combine the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, dill, and minced garlic. Mix well.
Once the filets are done cooking, remove them from the oven and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
Drizzle the lemon herb sauce over the cooked sea bass filets just before serving. Enjoy your keto-friendly meal!
