Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium-sized bowl, combine grated Parmesan cheese, almond flour, ground flaxseed, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Add one large egg and olive oil to the dry mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.
Remove the top sheet of parchment paper. Cut the dough into chip-sized pieces using a pizza cutter or sharp knife.
Line the air fryer basket with a perforated parchment sheet or lightly spray with cooking spray.
