📝 Instructions

11 steps
1

Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).

2

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

3

Add the cauliflower florets to the boiling water and cook for about 8-10 minutes until just tender. Drain and set aside.

4

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

5

Stir in the heavy cream and cream cheese, whisking continuously until the cream cheese melts and the mixture is smooth.

6

Add the shredded cheddar cheese and half of the Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and fully combined. Season with salt and black pepper.

7

Add the cooked cauliflower to the cheese sauce and stir to coat completely.

8

Transfer the cauliflower and cheese mixture into a greased baking dish.

9

Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the top of the cauliflower mixture.

10

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.

11

Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
