πŸ“ Instructions

8 steps
1

In a large bowl, combine almond flour and psyllium husk powder. Gradually add hot water while mixing to form a dough. Knead for a few minutes until smooth. Allow the dough to rest for 10 minutes.

2

In the meantime, in another bowl, combine ground chicken, minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, chopped green onions, shredded cabbage, chopped coriander leaves, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the filling.

3

Divide the dough into small balls, about 12-15 pieces. Roll each ball into a thin circle, roughly 3 inches in diameter. Use a little olive oil to prevent sticking if necessary.

4

Place a spoonful of the chicken filling mixture in the center of each dough circle. Carefully fold and pinch the edges to seal the momo, forming a pleated dumpling.

5

Grease a steamer basket with olive oil to prevent sticking. Arrange the momos slightly apart in the basket.

6

Bring water to a boil in a steamer pot. Place the basket over the pot, ensuring it doesn’t touch the water. Cover and steam the momos for 15-20 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the dough is firm.

7

Remove the momos from the steamer and let them cool slightly before serving.

8

Serve hot with your favorite keto-friendly dipping sauce.
