Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips.
Cut the red, yellow, and green bell peppers into thin strips. Slice the onion thinly.
In a large bowl, combine the chicken strips, olive oil, garlic powder, ground cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken strips and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they are browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the bell peppers and onion slices. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are softened and slightly charred.
Squeeze the juice of the lime over the cooked vegetables and chicken. Return the chicken to the skillet and toss everything together for another 2 minutes.
Arrange the cooked chicken and vegetables in the large Romaine lettuce leaves as taco shells.
Top each taco with a dollop of sour cream and sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
Serve immediately and enjoy your Keto Chicken Fajitas!
