Preheat your oven to 200Β°C (390Β°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and fresh parsley. Mix thoroughly to combine. Set aside.
