Boil about 400 ml of water in a small pot over medium heat.
Add the Indomie Mi Goreng noodles and cook for 3 minutes until the noodles are tender.
While the noodles are cooking, finely chop the green onions and garlic, leaving one green onion aside for garnish.
Remove the noodles from the heat and drain. Set aside the noodles and retain a little bit of the cooking water.
In a small bowl, mix together the seasoning powder, seasoning oil, sweet soy sauce, and chili sauce that comes with the noodle pack.
Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add the chopped garlic and green onion to the pan and stir-fry for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Crack the egg into the pan and scramble it lightly with a spatula. Let it cook until it is nearly set, breaking it up into pieces.
Add the drained noodles to the frying pan and toss with the egg and garlic mixture.
Pour the mixed seasonings into the noodles, stirring well to combine. Add a small splash of the retained cooking water if the mixture is too dry.
Continue to stir-fry everything for about 2 minutes, allowing the noodles to absorb the flavors.
Transfer the Indomie Goreng to a serving plate.
Garnish with the remaining green onions, a sprinkle of fried shallots, and a squeeze of lime juice over the top.
Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Indomie Goreng!
