Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease the back of oven-safe bowls or a taco shell baking mold using nonstick cooking spray.
Brush each flour tortilla on both sides with vegetable oil. Sprinkle a pinch of salt evenly across the tortillas.
Drape each tortilla over an inverted bowl or place it inside a taco shell mold, shaping them gently to form a bowl shape.
Place the bowls/molds on a baking sheet and transfer to the oven.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy.
Carefully remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow the taco bowls to cool for 5 minutes while still on the molds/bowls.
Gently lift the cooled taco bowls off the molds. They should hold their shape.
Serve immediately with your favorite taco salad ingredients, such as ground beef, lettuce, cheese, salsa, and avocado.
