📝 Instructions

10 steps
1

In a large bowl, combine ground pork, chopped green onions, chopped Napa cabbage, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

2

Place a potsticker wrapper in the palm of your hand. Spoon about a tablespoon of filling onto the center of the wrapper.

3

Dip your finger in water and wet the edges of the wrapper. Fold the wrapper over the filling to create a half-moon shape.

4

Press the edges together to seal, making sure there are no air bubbles and pleating the edge if desired.

5

Repeat the process with the remaining wrappers and filling.

6

In a large nonstick skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

7

Place potstickers in the skillet, flat side down, in a single layer. Fry until the bottoms are golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes.

8

Carefully add 1/2 cup of water to the skillet. Cover immediately with a lid and reduce heat to medium. Steam the potstickers until the water has evaporated, about 5 to 7 minutes.

9

Remove the lid and let the potstickers fry for an additional minute to crisp up the bottoms.

10

Serve hot with soy sauce or dipping sauce of your choice.
