In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of whole wheat flour, 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed, 1 tablespoon each of sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, and chia seeds, and 1 teaspoon of salt.
Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in 1 cup of warm water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Stir the mixture until it forms a soft dough. If itβs too dry, add additional water, one tablespoon at a time, until the dough holds together.
Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.
Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball.
Using a rolling pin, roll each ball into a thin circle, approximately 8 inches in diameter.
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
