Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.
Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side or until the chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink inside. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside to cool.
