Preheat your oven to 325Β°F (165Β°C).
Place the ham, cut side down, in a large roasting pan and pour 1 cup of water into the bottom of the pan.
Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for approximately 2 hours (or about 15 minutes per pound) until the internal temperature reaches 140Β°F (60Β°C).
While the ham is baking, prepare the glaze: In a medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, and ground ginger.
Heat the glaze over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is smooth. Set aside.
Once the ham reaches an internal temperature of 140Β°F, remove it from the oven and increase the oven temperature to 425Β°F (220Β°C).
Remove the foil from the ham and carefully score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern using a sharp knife.
Brush half of the glaze over the ham, making sure to get it into the scored areas.
Return the ham to the oven and bake uncovered for an additional 20-30 minutes, or until the glaze is caramelized and sticky.
Halfway through this time, brush the remaining glaze over the ham.
Remove the ham from the oven and allow it to rest for at least 15 minutes before carving and serving.
