  • 14 oz Diced tomatoes, undrained

  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 0.25 cups Fresh basil, chopped

  • 1.5 cups Water

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced yellow onion and minced garlic, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

Add the ground beef to the skillet, cooking and breaking it up with a spoon until browned and fully cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Drain any excess grease and set the mixture aside.
