Add the warm water to the bread machine pan.
Add the unsweetened applesauce, olive oil, and honey into the pan.
Sprinkle the salt and cinnamon over the wet ingredients.
Carefully add the all-purpose flour, ensuring it covers the liquid ingredients completely.
Make a small well (indentation) in the center of the flour and add the active dry yeast into it. Ensure the yeast does not touch the wet ingredients at this stage.
Place the bread machine pan securely in the machine.
Select the 'Basic' or 'White Bread' setting, choose the desired crust color (light, medium, or dark), and set the loaf size to 1.5 pounds.
Start the bread machine.
Once the bread cycle is complete and the bread has baked, carefully remove the bread pan using oven mitts.
Turn the bread out onto a cooling rack and allow it to cool completely before slicing and serving.
