Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
In a food processor, grind the chocolate cookies into fine crumbs. You should have approximately 1 and 3/4 cups of crumbs.
Transfer the cookie crumbs to a mixing bowl and stir in the granulated sugar and salt until evenly combined.
