Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, cream the unsalted butter and powdered sugar together using a hand or stand mixer until light and fluffy.
Add the egg whites one at a time, mixing until fully incorporated. Then, mix in the vanilla extract and milk.
Gradually add the all-purpose flour, mixing until the dough comes together into a smooth, pipeable consistency.
Transfer the cookie dough to a piping bag fitted with a round or star tip.
Pipe small circles (approximately 2-inch diameter) onto the prepared parchment paper, leaving enough space between each circle for spreading. Smooth any peaks with a damp finger, if necessary.
Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 8–10 minutes, or until the edges are just starting to turn golden. Do not overbake.
Remove the cookies from the oven. While they’re still warm, carefully lift each cookie using a spatula and gently roll into a cone shape (to resemble a calla lily), pinching one end to secure the shape.
Place a yellow candy-coated chocolate inside each rolled cookie to mimic the center of the flower. Hold until the cookie cools slightly and holds its shape.
Allow the cookies to cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
