Fill a tall glass with ice cubes to chill the drink.
In a mixing glass, combine pineapple juice, orange juice, and lime juice. Stir gently to mix.
Slowly pour the blue curaçao syrup over the back of a spoon to layer it on top of the mixed juices. This will create a blue layer at the bottom of the glass.
Carefully drizzle grenadine along the inner side of the glass. It will sink to the bottom and gradually rise slightly, creating a beautiful gradient resembling a sunset.
Garnish the drink with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry on a skewer.
Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy your Blue Caribbean Sunset!
