  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides. Add them to the pot and sear for 3-4 minutes per side, just until browned (they do not need to be fully cooked). Remove the chicken from the pot and set aside.
