  • 300 grams egg noodles

  • 150 grams medium-sized shrimp

  • 100 grams green beans
  • 100 grams cabbage
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 2 grams spring onions
  • 2 tablespoons fried shallots

Directions

Step 1

Boil the egg noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

Mince the garlic cloves and shallots. Slice the chicken into thin strips. Peel and devein the shrimp. Julienne the carrot and thinly slice the green beans and cabbage.

Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and shallots, stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
