Ingredients
- 24 pieces Life Savers hard candy (any color or flavor)
- 12 pieces Large jelly beans
- 0.5 cups Royal icing or white candy melts
- 1 roll Ribbon (optional for packaging)
- 12 pieces Cellophane treat bags (optional for gifting)
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat for easy cleanup.
Take one jelly bean and two Life Savers hard candies for each 'pacifier'.
Place a small amount of royal icing or melted candy melts on one side of one Life Saver candy. This will act as the adhesive.
Press one end of the jelly bean onto the icing so it attaches securely to the Life Saver candy. This will form the 'nipple' of the pacifier.
Take the second Life Saver candy and apply a small dot of royal icing or melted candy melts to the edge of the hole.
Position the second Life Saver perpendicular to the first so it looks like a 'pacifier handle', then gently press it into place. Let it dry completely for 15-20 minutes before handling further.
Repeat the process until all 'baby pacifiers' are assembled.
Package each pacifier in a cellophane bag and tie with ribbon if desired for gifting.
