Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently with your hands until all ingredients are evenly combined. Be careful not to overmix to avoid dense burgers.
